Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, contact us through the Contact page or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

Returns

Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to withdraw. Items must be unused and in their original condition. You pay the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the items back or proof that you sent them. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

Every piece is printed and checked by hand. If something arrives broken or with a defect, send us a photo within 14 days and we will reprint it or refund you, at no cost. Your legal 2-year guarantee of conformity under EU and Italian consumer law always applies.

Custom prints

Items made to your own design or personal specification (custom prints) cannot be withdrawn once production has started, unless they are faulty.
